CARRYING OUT

The carrying out of the mentioned initiatives requests ideas, resources and organisation. The ideas have been synthetically illustrated and will be enriched with the contributions of all the participants. The resources may derive from public financings and private capitals put at disposal under shape of loans, quoted or not quoted participations and titles.

The organization is constituted from an incredibly high number of persons. They will be able to participate to the initiatives on the bases of their experiences and specific abilities.

The starter of every plan will demand an effort and a risk from each participant. The effort is to demonstrate one's own presupposed productive ability. The risk not to be able to. To start is necessary: a minimum economic autonomy, will to understand one own's function and how it must be carried out, the firm determination of being able to succeed, the support (moral) unconditioned of the families of the participants, the acceptance of the risk not to succeed. In this last case, which could not depend on the interested person, an inimitable experience useful for whichever other activity will have been completed.

We don't ask the participants for an action of faith, but a reasoned choice.

This plan does not start from nothing. Not only because it's founded on theories, sometimes very original, logically and scientifically feasible, but also because it has been preceded from experiences lived in various fields from who proposes it.

The existing is not insignificant. The current instruments to our disposal allow us to make the Italian enterprises perform productive investments without risks, by means of the acknowledgment of contextual revenues to the costs of the new systems; to realize new enterprises without any expenditure; to increase the yield of the financial existing enterprises of the ten per cent each year for four consecutive years; to transform real assets and households in risk capitals, put at disposal from the investors.

Here, this is the Holos plan. The initiative's success depends also on the precision and the rapidity with which they are run. The carrying out of an idea involves substantial modifications from its theoretical enunciation. This because normally conceiving and carrying out are performed by various subjects. The deviser thinks of future, the producer adapts to the present. The Holos plan will be an exception. The devisers will participate to the plan. Together with all the participants, they will adapt it to reality. To transform it. In order to accelerate the construction of the future.
