By means of machinery connected to a system of geostationary satellites, it will be possible to accede to an information store, which will be constantly updated by the same users.   The seat, made of a monolithic frustum of pyramid shaped structure building has already been planned. It will measure 150 meters in height, the base will measure 120x120 meters, the top 45x45 meters and it will have a basement measuring 180x180 meters at 18 meters depth. 
The structure will have more than 340,000 square meters usable space,
with 42 floors and more than 11,000 rooms to be used as offices and habitations
for the employed personnel.It will be completely autogenous and will be able to, accommodate 3,200 attached, from the entire world and with their families. The previewed expenditure is par to 400 billions of Euro, half sustained by public financing and half by private financiers.A specific company was already constituted for this plan in 1991, and in 1999 it has been provided with the capitals necessary in order to carry out the project. |
