The bodies that manage and direct Dhura are:

• General Council, which is composed by the President, the First Vice-President, the Second Vice-President and other ten councillors;
  
  
• Issue Committee, composed by the Issue Coordinator, the Vice Emission Coordinator and other seven members;
  
  
• Control Committee, composed by the Control Coordinator, the Vice Control Coordinator and other seven members.
