In the year 2000, Holos Holding S.A. launched the Holos Plan, a program of initiatives that provided an economic national employment plan, a universal enterprise plan, a via ether informative system, a personal security system, a new aerial circulation system, a new payment system, a new resources and products exchange method, a plan for the conversion of the war industry and the foundation of the Republic of the Earth.

The total cost of the program will be of approximately 12,000 billions of USD, par to 27.7% of the worldwide GDP of the 2001.

The resources have been put at our disposal by existing enterprises, with financings in EUR, USD and other legal course currencies, other titles and guarantees on the Dhana to emit.

The management of the resources will take place through typical financial channels and will be subordinate to the control of the international financial institutions.

Some of the aforesaid initiatives are already being carried out.

On the 1^st of January 2001 has been constituted the Republic of the Earth. Its Constitution establishes the principles and the modalities of a government system for all the inhabitants of the planet.

The 14^th of June 2001, Holos Holding has guaranteed the issue of the first 6 billions of Dhana with a capital of 150 billions of Euro, one Dhana for 25 Euro.

The 3^rd of June 2002 another 34 billions of Dhana have been issued, guaranteed from a capital of 850 billions of Euro.The total issue previewed is of 497.664 billions of Dhana, guaranteed from 723 holding in 234 countries, for a value of 12,441 billions of USD.

To all those people who will make part of the Republic of the Earth will be assigned 100 Dhana to the single reimbursement of the emission cost, different from country to country following the average wealth per capita. We preview to assign 492.657 millions of Dhana (100 for everyone). The remaining 5 billions of Dhana (125 billions of USD) will be destined to humanitarian aims.
