– Humanity is destroying itself and the planet, owing to the excesses
stemming from the hierarchical structure based on selection. The main instruments
for those dominating the human system structure are currency, information and
military force. The effects of the hierarchical structure are the progressive

To avoid the implosion of humanity and the destruction of the environment the
inhabitants of the Earth have to gain conscience of reality, rebel towards

transformation of the hierarchical structure in a conarchical one. To gain
conscience one has to enquire and to know. To rebel one has to win fear and
choose the risk of trying new ways instead of accepting the certainty of the
end. To take power the inhabitants of the Earth have to elect directly a
government to be provided with all the powers in order to reverse the current
human society disintegration and environment destruction processes. To
redistribute wealth humanity will have to substitute current legal tender
currencies with a labour currency. To undertake full responsibility the
inhabitants of the Earth must think and act consequently, adopting and accepting
new rules to assure maximum possible freedom to each one. To trigger the
transformation process of the structure from hierarchical to conarchical, two
or more parts of humanity must blend so that the force of their unity will be

In one year between 9 October 2006 and 8 October 2007, while the United
States Dollar lost almost 12% compared to the Euro (from 1.26 to 1.41), the Dollar
purchase power dropped 27% and the one of the Euro 13%. As effect
of the purchase power of the two currencies, Dhura has had to update the issue
reimbursement cost for the Dhana for each country. Wednesday, 19

suffered nearly 4 per cent loss against the other currencies. That's happened
as effect of the excessive monetary mass compared to the goods it represents
and also owing to the real estate market crisis. The loss of the American
currency could have been much higher if Dhura hadn't suspended, following the letter dated
August the 30th, considerable assets denominated in US Dollars.
Unfortunately, with the half base point reduction of the discount rate on
September the 18th 2007, the Federal Reserve is causing a further
increase of the monetary mass followed by the consequent devaluation of the
US Dollar and the increase of the oil price for the next weeks, risking a
real effective global financial crash. To avoid this forecast, Dhura will
keep suspending and withdrawing assets denominated in US Dollars from the

the Earth, take part to the election of its International Assembly
set from the 15th to the 21st of December 2006 and adopt Dhana
as currency. The principle of self–determination of the populations is a
general international rule, therefore a norm with juridical effects (rights
and duties) for all the states. This principle also represents a legally
binding norm, that is an imperative right, a supreme and inalienable
principle of international law that cannot be derogated not even by
international agreements. In international law, the self–determination
principle was set after the Second World War, with the United Nations
Charter. The 2nd paragraph Article 1 Chapter I establishes the UN
aim as « To develop friendly relations among nations based on respect for the
principle of equal rights and self–determination of peoples, and to take
other appropriate measures to strengthen universal peace». With the International pact
about civil and politic rights, accepted by the United Nations Assembly on
16th December 1966 and come in force on 23rd March 1976, the
adherent States undertook the obligation not to prevent or interfere with the

about their political status» and to «pursue freely their economic social and
cultural development». The de–colonization process allowing developing
Countries to call free elections, give themselves their Constitution and

The list of the 630 members of the Republic of the Earth
International Assembly elected between the 13th and the 19th of
February 2005 is ready, but, according to the «Electoral control committee»
appointed according to the Rules for the election of the International
Assembly, article 8, the proclamation of 325 elected persons can’t
be considered as certain, due to the continuous interruptions of the voting
procedures caused by the termination of the voting program of computer
services providers from some countries. Therefore, for a higher guarantee of
the elected persons and of the voters, the election will have to be repeated
through computer science instruments (Holos System) that no one can attack.
